2. MEET WITH THE TEAM

We'll encourage clients to come with an open mind for your first meet-up with us, as each tailor in the industry provides differently.

Our stylists/tailors will check in on your preferences, needs, and lifestyle habits to better cater to your commission pieces.

We will advise clients to bring along appropriate clothes (e.g., office wear) should they want to be measured by our team of experts. Depending on which outfits you are looking to tailor, an appointment can take around 30 mins - 1 hour. We have comfortable sofas and great company to take you through!

3. FIRST FITTING

After your first appointment, you will be getting a text from us in 2 weeks. If you are tailoring a Bespoke Suit with us, we will pre-book the first fitting with you during your first appointment.

As Bespoke Suits requires two fittings, you will expect to try on a 'Skeleton Baste' during the initial fitting. If you are tailoring Custom Shirts/Pants, you can choose to bring along your formal footwear and other formal outfits to have us advise on styling.

Fitting sessions usually take less than half an hour, and you can take this chance to discuss in detail with the tailor how you'd like your clothes to fit you best.

4. SECOND FITTING
(Suit Only)

The Second Fitting will be the first time you will see your Jacket in its full glory! It will be best to note any minor details together with our tailor during this time. From this point (if any), Alterations are minor and can be settled with ease.

At this juncture, we also offer relevant and contemporary advice to clients regarding fit, pairings, style, maintenance, and so on. Pick from our array of Ties, Pocket Squares, Lapel Pins, and Leather Shoes to complete your look.

5. Collection

Our team will hand over your commissioned pieces, and the remainder of your bill will be collected.

Once your Suit is in order, you will receive our very own Hanger & Suit Dust Bag. Our hangers are fully contoured and have a large shoulder flare to optimize shoulder support. At the same time, our Suit Dust Bag features a collapsible & portable cover, large enough to fit in 2-3 suits easily.

We are now a step closer to understanding how your body physique works. Remember, it is a journey of tailor-client relationship, and it takes time to cultivate an understanding of preference between one another. Feel free to feedback to us during your next visit, which allows us to recreate your sizes and achieve an ideal fit.
