By placing an order or confirming an appointment with Assemble, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
As our offerings include bespoke, made-to-order, altered, and limited-quantity items, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Bespoke & Custom-Made Items
All bespoke, made-to-measure, customised, or altered garments are:

Strictly non-refundable

Non-exchangeable

Non-cancellable once confirmed
This includes, but is not limited to:

Bespoke suits, shirts, trousers, outerwear, and dresses

Custom sizing, length adjustments, or design modifications
-
Bridal, evening, ceremonial, or occasion wear

Any item produced, cut, or altered specifically for the client
Once fabric is cut or production has commenced, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
Off-The-Rack Items & Accessories (If Applicable)
For eligible off-the-rack items or accessories only, exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

Items must be:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Unaltered
-
In original condition with all tags attached

Returned in original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will be rejected.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed strictly within 7 days

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the desired item is unavailable, no refund or store credit will be issued

Price differences must be topped up if applicable

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Appointments, Deposits & Payments

Missed or late appointments may result in the forfeiture of deposits

Appointment fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is:

Incorrect, or

Defective due to our artistry
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, supported with clear photographs.
We reserve the right to:

Assess the item internally

Repair, replace, or remake the item at our discretion
Refunds will not be issued.
Final Decision
All decisions made by Assemble regarding returns, exchanges, repairs, or remakes are final.
