Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Coverage

We ship within Singapore and internationally to selected destinations.

All orders are dispatched from Singapore via trusted local and international delivery partners, depending on the destination and service selected.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm (SGT) will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, launches, or festive seasons, processing times may be extended slightly.


Singapore Delivery

Standard Local Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Fee: Calculated at checkout

Free Courier Delivery

  • Complimentary courier delivery for orders SGD 350 and above

  • Applies to a single delivery address within Singapore


International Delivery

International shipping is available to selected countries.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days, depending on destination

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and service type

Please note:

  • International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local delivery services, or unforeseen delays.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.


Delivery Method

Orders are delivered via reputable courier and postal services, selected based on destination, service level, and order value.

Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Tracking availability may vary depending on destination and delivery method.


Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Recipient unavailability

The parcel may be returned to us or held by the delivery partner. Any additional redelivery or reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

  • Off-the-rack items are shipped according to the timelines stated above.

  • Bespoke, made-to-order, or appointment-based pieces follow separate production and delivery schedules, which will be communicated individually at the time of order or consultation.
