WHAT THEY SAID
Fast delivery. The mask is comfortable to wear and choice of fabric is fantastic.
It wraps around my face like a glove. Sometimes I almost forget that I'm even wearing a mask!
I'm happy to help a fellow Singaporean startup during times like this. It's also heart warming for them to channel the funds to donation. Keep it up!

I got the entire set for my family because my wife and I love the convenience of being able to wash and reuse them. Please consider coming up with a few additional colors and designs :)

Our masks are specially designed so that there is a pocket of air in front of the nose.
We have also done a ton of research on best practices for fabric masks. And adding a filter is the key! Our masks comes with an additional inner slot for filter inserts, for enhanced sense of security. The Essential Mask is reusable, and it is highly recommended to use a filter with the mask, which should be replaced weekly under usual day-to-day usage circumstances.
Our masks are not meant for use in the diagnosis of disease or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease. The mask is for the general public so that we have enough surgical masks supplies for medical personnel to do their jobs and save lives.
If you find that your mask is too small to be comfortable, you may modify your rubber ear loops that is to be worn like a swimming goggle. We recommend that you tie an additional string between the two rubber ear loops. So that it can be worn at the back of your head. This should take away the pressure from behind the ear.
The simplest method is to tie a small knot on each rubber ear loop. That should help take away some excess rubber loop tucked behind each ear.
Our fabrics are sourced locally from a local fabric supplier in Singapore. As a tailor, we have a broad range of connections in the fabric industry, and we only curate ethically sourced fabrics. Our production of masks are 100% in Singapore. Ever since circuit breaker has been in place, we have halted all tailoring requests and have channeled our entire focus into making masks. We hope that you can support us, in turn, support those in need.
The cloth mask needs to be washed and disinfected daily after use. We recommend soaking in hot water and hand wash thereafter. Alternatively, you may also machine wash. However be mindful that machine wash may potentially stretch/loosen your rubber ear loop, hence it's advisable to place your masks in a separate washing bag.
Yes you can! Just drop us an email and we will get back to you. Our productions team can fulfill an average of 100-200 masks per day.
