A shout-out to all the foodies out there! Xin Li has created a full-fledged food map in Singapore, exploring the local food beyond the usual Chilli Crab and Chicken Rice. Featuring long established food eateries like egg tarts from Tong Heng Confectionery to new popular food trends like Ma La Xiang Guo, this work introduces the rich cultural convergence in this tiny red dot. Every dish is based on an actual dish from an eatery in Singapore. Some have a history going back to the 1920s.
